Mike Olson is a 3rd generation Realtor & investor coming from a long line of Realtors, commercial agents, brokers, developers, and investors. He lives in Johns Island on the Stono River and is married to his middle school sweetheart, Kristen, and son, Davis. They met in the middle of the street at 12 when her family relocated to his neighborhood, and the rest is history. Mike started in the real estate industry in 2004 as a licensed home inspector and completed around 1800 inspections before moving over to selling full-time in 2007. Having an inspection background is extremely helpful to his clients, knowing what to look for, what could be an issue in the future, and especially when negotiating repairs. The Charleston market is forever changing, and staying at the forefront and knowing the market is a must.
